All African Students Leadership Conference

ASA LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CENTRE AFRICA (ASALEDCA) is an exceptional Annual forum for young African Students in Secondary School level (S.1 to S.6) to become effective leaders. We create a practical and competence-based learning
environment where participants will be able to identify a project of their choice in respect of the
above subjects mentioned for their community development.

ASA LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CENTRE AFRICA LTD (ASALEDCA) is a non-partisan, not-for-profit making and well-intended organization with its head-quarters in Mukono Uganda registered as accompany. Its primary role is to bring together and empower
young African people from Secondary Schools with quality leadership skills and competences for enhanced delivery of services at all levels of the community.
ASALEDCA organizes regularly “All African Students’ Leadership Conferences (AASLC), Summits, workshops and meetings for participants from first in East African Countries and beyond.

Vision: A Transformed God-fearing young African generation of Leaders that will be
a blessing to the world.

Mission: To Empower Young African people with competent leadership skills through
creativity and innovations.

Objectives:

  • To build the capacity of the students in leadership skills and competencies.
  • To empower young African people through mentorship by Education experts,
    successful entrepreneurs, Christian leaders and Brand and Social Influencers.
  • To develop problem solving projects through innovation and creativity.

The Theme: Enabling the Young African Generation to enhance Africa to thrive through Education Innovation for all, ICT/Technology, Agriculture, Health, Good governance and Tourism.”
